Origin- Dan Brown's book as My Valentine's Present?

Sigh... Valentine's Day come & go so fast, it's as if it never happened. I looked at the book on my table , there it reminded me Valentine's day did indeed happened. The book was my gift from a new friend, yes it's a guy, we just met about a week ago. It's great, It'll be major awkward if it's some expensive jewellery. He was away & he actually arranged for a courier to sent me the gift- nice touch:) Sweet. A bunch of flowers would be too cliche at this point.

Besides I love books. You can tell a lot about a guy from the books he read. I once dated a guy whose favorite novel was Paradise Lost. No wonder the time we spent together turn out to be hell! His ex-girl friend stalk his FB & Instagram & leave seriously awful remarks about us. We practically talked about their relationship all the time because of that. It lasted 2 weeks.

Then there's one who claimed that "Of Mice & Men" is the best novel he had ever read! Now I thought, I've got myself a scholar right? No .... I later found out that's the only book he had ever read. And I don't think, he did finish it either. As my bestie actually took the time to actually read it & quiz him on it ...lol.... Yes she did, what a trouper - besides she had incentive, she hated him! 😆. Something about his eyes- she thought they were too big ....lol..

If you are wondering, yes I did date guys who don't read at all. They are fine. As long as they still browse through the news of the day on their cell phone & don't appear too boring & clueless. Yes I've dated both kinds before.

Yes this is the book, it's good :))
