Is it just a misunderstand or there's more to the story ?

More problems are created in the office because of poor communication than any other reason. Well at least I think it's true haha... Workers often don't say what they are thinking. Or worse they do say what they are thinking. Or  even worse ,they say what they are thinking but have no idea what they are talking about. Workers often lie when they should be honest, and are honest when they should shut the hell up, & most don't listen very well, but love to hear themselves talk.

I was discussing this with a couple of my colleagues (close ones naturally)  during lunch yesterday- they all agree:) Why?-before lunch, there was a tiny melt-down between 2 of my other colleagues & I was taken aback. Normally we are very cordial with each other, we are all adults very responsible & trusted to keep our 'cool' all the time.

What happened? A big misunderstanding occurred between 2 ladies. One thought that the other is being too 'cozy' with her boyfriend (another of our colleague). The 'girl friend' really blew her fuse when the boy friend came over to chit chat with 'the other girl' when he thought she has an appointment with a client. Fact was she came back only after 10 mins away as she forgot some documents & caught the two laughing & acting close. He was from another department & probably shouldn't be in our office at that time. She went over & told the two of them off & marched out of our office. We witness the whole thing & I do feel quite embarrassed for everyone involved. Luckily the Boss is not around. The boy friend started explaining to those of us around that there's nothing between them. I was thinking , shouldn't you be explaining to your own gf now , at this moment , rather than outsiders like us? The other girl ran out, one of us ran after her & found her crying in the toilet. In between sobs she said there's nothing between the two. But confess she has always admired him but that is it- she never would come in between the 2 of them. Hmmm.....
